I had 2 scheduled appointments with this place of business and on each day no one came to my house to assess the problem with my 2018 which had failed an Emission Test. Not only did no one show, but I didn't even receive a phone call or text telling me why no one showed up at my house to inspect my car. I Took off work early 2 days straight to keep my appointment; but they failed to keep their appointment with me! This company did not act in a professional manner in serving their customer. Silverrock is the in network system they contract with who suggested that I use them. Never again will I have WRENCH performing any type of work on my car...Especially Since They didn't show up the first 2 times.

The owner was very rude and disrespectful during a consultation. He claimed I was wasting his time when I said i didn't have a thousand dollars for unexpected repairs but tried to get as much work done as possible within my budget. However, his employee was very courteous and gave me a referral somewhere else. Sad he had to do that considering his boss is unprofessional.

I've taken my car to Wrench for a few years now, they were recommended by a friend. They are straightforward with their estimates and costs, and as someone who's been burned by mechanics in the past having a place I know I can trust is priceless.

Family business, best prices around, always gets my car back on the road in a day, and have been going to them since 1987!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
