Quantrell Taylor1 StarI have been going there for 10 years and for Jose to give me a quote and then manipulated the hours of work needed. From 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours at $119.00 per hour. I talked to him. He didn’t acknowledge his wrong, just said okay. I told him I wanted my money back. I told him I would send a Zelle request. I also sent him the pictures. He did not respond to my Zelle request. He finally sent $100 4 months later! He lost me forever! 🤬👞💩
Not to mention he never found the leak in the transfer case!! PAY ATTENTION AND GET QUOTES!!!Thursday 26th October 2023
Daniela Gonzalez1 StarMy boyfriend took his dads truck to get the transmission replaced when he got it back it had scratches and dents on the back bumper. The truck had recently been painted so we know it had no scratches or dents and it’s kept in the garage. When they went back to the shop they told them it was not them and they were not going to be responsible. When we explained the situation they kept saying we had no proof they did it so they won’t pay for it. We spoke to a so called manager who was very dismissive and when asked to call the owner he said owners don’t answer phone calls especially on saturdays. I felt like this was very unprofessional and a poor customer service. The cars at the shop were parked bumper to bumper and the manager was using a customers truck to run personal errands which the employees confessed to my boyfriend. If you take your car here please take before pictures so you don’t get scam.Sunday 8th August 2021
