Husband & I were headed out for a road trip coming all the way from Aurora & out of no where the muffler to our car became detached dragging on the tollway for awhile! We called a couple places & the only one that answered was Mufflers R Us! Very kind & helpful right away letting us know to come in & they’ll fix our problem for us & give us an estimate! We arrived. Were greeted & they assessed the car (let us know some other small problems we had that could become bigger problems in the future) but were very honest & informative! 10/10 felt confident at this mechanic shop. Love the workmanship & integrity you receive. All for a fair price. If you want an honest car shop I would really recommend this place. Great workers. Seems like a family run shop!

Never going to this place ever again. I had been waiting months for my muffler to be put on and I had left my car there. I had been waiting for the owner or workers to answer the phone, but they never picked up, so I decided to go over there. the workers were just sitting down and laughing making jokes just doing absolutely nothing not even seeing grease on their hand. I had spoken to the person up front and told them about the situation and my car and they said Sorry we can't do anything about it then they waved their hands up in the air. this is unprofessional and someone has to get involved in this to shut this bull "mechanic" business down.

I overpaid for really cheap service. do NOT go here, they are all scammers. There is also terrible customer service. Taking my car somewhere else.

Went to get my car checked out. It was making a weird noise. Paid the 150.00. So they can look at my car. My car sat all day while they fix other cars. Then they lied to me and said I need an alternator. When all I really needed was 5.00 worth of power steering fluid. They are Scammers please beware.

They won’t let you buy your own part and bring it to them and i know why, They Took my money and didn't change my part just oiled it and claimed it was a new part, charged me $300. Went back because bearing still was making noise a couple months later and tried to charge me an extra $100 to get it changed. I never went back and never will… they definitely try to take advantage of women. Terrible business. Took my car elsewhere, they showed and told me everything.
