GREAT SHOP! Jarek, the owner is very knowledgeable and uses this knowledge to save you money and make sure your truck will run well. David, the manager, and the rest of the staff are very hard working, professional and always do a great job! They fix everything here truck and trailer. My #1 preffered shop, strongly recommend. We called JM Service twice (before leaving) explaining we were looking for an alignment on a trailer. We explained that we were coming from an hour and a half away with a 53 foot Kentucky trailer. They said “no problem, I work on Mayflower, I work on them all. I can do anything you need”. We showed up, they told us “we do not have the tools”. This is unprofessional when we called twice. It makes no sense to have us drive more than 3 hours in a big truck to have this outcome. We are disappointed to say, this is not a good place to get service.
