As a car enthusiast who like to switch out cars and drive them to their potential Jim and the crew always has been able to meet my needs. From starting out with making my Nissan a track ready car to bringing in my BMW and helping with my go fast parts and always managing to beat the book time BMW would quote. If you want the job done right this is the spot.

I was reminded yet again why I bring all my cars to Jim. He's always there when your car eventually breaks. My wife's window regulator went out around lunch time Friday. So I called Jim and he was able to squeeze me in before the end of the day! Also saved me money which is always great. I was just happy to get the car back before our weekend trip! I'll continue to bring mine and my families cars. Thanks for the assist Jim!

I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with a gentleman named Jim. He was very educated on the phone and guided me to what the issue could be. The needy morning I took my car in and spoke with Mike who was just a knowledgeable. Mike was able to get me back up and rolling within HOURS! He was nice, friendly, and wasn’t trying to rob me of my pockets. I recommend this shop to ANYONE who is looking for a reasonable, educated, knowledgeable mechanic. Mike and Jim will get the job done! It’s a relief to have a new mechanic shop in my area! I will be going back in the near future to get more work done! Thanks again Mike and team at Highline Automotive.

I recently took my car here and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service I received. The cost was exorbitantly high for the quality of work performed. I expected a professional job, but instead, I was left with a vehicle that still exhibits the same issues I initially brought it in for. After spending a considerable amount of money, I expected a reliable repair, but what I got was far from acceptable. I will never return to this shop, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money; look elsewhere for car repairs.

I’ve had a relatively good experience (5 months) at Highline auto before this terrible experience. Dropped off my car Thursday Morning because it needed a tune up / coolant leak (needed diag. time to find out where) and a few other minor repairs. Lauren assured me it would all be taken care of (in a timely manner), I insisted that if it needed more time not to hurry and do it right. I received a phone call Friday morning saying the car was ready for pickup. I told them I would be able to pick it up that night, they agreed (7PM). To my surprise I received the car in shambles. I spent that Sunday running around and fixing their mess. The coolant leak was still there (not the radiator but a bubbled hose), the body clips holding the top radiator cover were all broken (cover about to fly off), The plastic bracket holding the VSV solenoid was broken off and zip-tied, Throttle body clamp was loose, car horn unplugged, and more. The cherry on top, Jim’s wife (Lauren) reversed into the car and dented my passenger-side fender. NONE of this was mentioned to me UNTIL I brought it to their attention (Monday 8AM). I came that following Monday 8AM to square up and address the concerns I had about my vehicle. Jim brought out the mechanic who worked on the vehicle, Joey. After showing them both my findings, Joey shrugged it off and Jim became EXTREMELY defensive and hostile. I insisted all the parts I had bought AND the fender repair be deducted from the $1000 bill, he flipped out. He started to shout saying, “This isn’t the shop for you!” and “Take your car and get outta here!”, I tried reasoning with the guy to come to an agreement but he just wouldn’t listen. He’s a hot head and wouldn’t hear any of it. Refused to take accountability for his and Joey’s work. Overall bad experience, wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. VERY Sloppy work. Regret taking the car there. if you value your car, take it somewhere else.
