I had the worst experience, Ahmed never replaced my engine and lied and stated that he did. When I demanded proof of the replaced engine he couldn’t produce it and after 8 months of lying about the condition of my car, I finally was able to get my money and car back from him so that I could get it properly serviced by another mechanic. No customer should ever endure anything like this!

PLEASE READ!!!!SAVE YOUR TIME AND PIECE OF MIND! I had been a customer of Ghosein's for almost 20 years. Over that time the service was fast and pricing was fair. He was good guy and honest guy. However, my most recent experience is something I have never experienced in my life. Ahmed recently had my car for over 1 year. Once I finally got it back after 20 trips to his shop from Bridgeport, over 50 calls and numerous text messages-- I finally got my car just the engines lights were now on. It would not pass inspection time and time again. He finally had it sent to BMW to redo the engine work he had done. Then it was more of an issue for him pay the BMW invoice. My car was at BMW for another month. He constantly gave and continues to give excuses of why cars not being repaired. I personally have heard these conversations and complaints from other customers the many times I was there. I also personally know 3 other individuals that was having issues with their mechanic-- when we started asking each other questions-- where is the shop, what's the name of the shop, the name of the Owner--- it was all Ghosein's auto repair. He should be honest and say what he can and cannot do. Please read other similar reviews. I would not take any of my cars or anyone I know if my life depended on it. You have been warned!!!!!!

SCAM, be careful with this guy. Took my car never called my warranty nor worked on my car. My car was with him for more than 8 weeks with no repairs. BE CAREFUL THIS SHOP is a SCAM!

Beware: Avoid Ghosein’s European Autohaus at All Costs I have no idea how Ahmed remains in business. The service at Ghosein’s European Autohaus is nothing short of atrocious. My vehicle was with them for an entire year, and every time I called for an update, there was a new excuse. It was either a part being out of stock or back-ordered. When those excuses wore thin, suddenly something else was wrong. After finally picking up my vehicle, I was appalled. Not only would it not pass emissions, but NOTHING that we initially brought it in for was completed. To make matters worse, the brakes were almost inoperable, completely rusted out. This was not just a waste of time and money; it was a jeopardy to our wellbeing. I shudder to think what could have happened if we had an accident due to the neglected brakes. I am only able to leave a review if I give a star, however, the service at Ghosein’s European Autohaus is not worthy of any stars. Ghosein’s European Autohaus is a place where excuses abound, but results are nowhere to be found. Save yourself the frustration, expense, and risk—go somewhere else.
