Great communication, honest shop and great clean work. I took my truck here to get inspected for multiple things other shops quoted me for like a head gasket on my Detroit 12.7 and Kevin and his team had it inspected the same day and gave me multiple options on what I can do and what he would recommend me do being in the situation I was in. He will call and update you and even ask you to come to the shop so he can show you what the problem is which I really appreciated. He will let you know if he finds any other problems other than what was discussed before proceeding with the job. I heard this shop was pricey but i was surprised given the reasonable and affordable price which was better than my other go to mechanics Ive been with for over a year. All Fleet Chicago will be the only shop I send my truck to from now on.

After reading the negative comments.. i guess all good people can make mistakes. But my personal experience has been good. My coolant hose busted open draining all the liquid. So i was lucky to be able to drive to his shop. Being busy Kevin the owner helped me out by moving me ahead of the other jobs and got me back on the road. If money is a concern for their charges, its a pricey world we live in. Being down from Canada, My priority was to get up and running and they helped me get moving.. so thank you All Chicago fleet team. Polaris driver.

All Chicago Fleet is my FIRST & ONLY go to when I need a school bus repaired. I trust them to do a complete and thorough job every time! I leave their shop with the confidence that I can put other people's children on a school bus that they've fixed for me.

Had an issue with a sensor that was turning my truck off and 2 shops couldnt figure out the issue. took it to these gentlmen and they had it fixed same day. Great price and service

I recently went in for a typical oil change and head light issue. After the Maintenance had been started the staff noticed other issues that needed to be resolved In their opinion! Which I myself was never informed Specifically about the following procedures that they chose too preform. I was told to wait in the drivers lounge until the truck was complete. Four hours and a half hours later after the truck was supposedly done. I was then hooking up to the trailer in front of the bay when One employee noticed an oil leak on pavement. Which he and another employee got under the truck in the parking lot and supposedly replaced the oil filter that that had put on for the oil change After leaving the shop I parked at the closest service area for the night. Only to be awakened by another driver to inform me that there is a pool of oil under my truck. All the oil had completely leaked out! This was Friday all Chicago fleet is closed on Saturdays however they have a so called emergency service That is 24 hours with includes towing According to the website I sent multiple pictures of the leak and called the emergency number several times but never received an answer. I even sent the owner multiple emails The owner finally call me back this morning Saturday which he Admittedly acknowledged that he spoke with his employees’ and they where in agreements that they had an issue with oil leaking after the truck was backed out of the bay He said there’s nothing that can be done. That I should get the truck there on my own and park it to sit until Tuesday when someone will be at the shop to fixed the problem. all this after an Outlandish Extremely over price bill was sent the owner of the company I drive for!! A guy that he has known and done Business with for years I was told over the phone I should call and get a service truck sent to me to get the truck back to all Chicago fleet. Oh yeah he called me from the shops phone number which means after looking at all the messages and pictures I left him he chose to go to the shop to call me from the shop number instead of call me on his personal number.
